7. Cancellation
​
If you are based in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period, starting on the day of purchase. To cancel a purchase within this period, please email office@schoolof9000.com.

If you schedule your session or mentorship to start within the cooling-off period, the cooling-off right no longer applies. Once the mentorship has started, all sales are final and non-refundable.
